  2. Review & Sign Your Documents
    You will receive an email with a secure link to review, submit payment, and electronically sign your Purchase Agreement and Land Contract through PandaDoc.
  3. Warranty Deed Preparation
    Southwest America Land Company will prepare and notarize your Warranty Deed.
  4. County Recording
    The executed Warranty Deed will be submitted to the appropriate county for official recording.
  5. Receive Your Recorded Deed
    After the deed has been officially recorded, you will receive a copy of the recorded Warranty Deed for your records, confirming your ownership.
