- Decide which parcel of land you would like to purchase.
- Sign the Purchase Agreement and Land Contract electronically via PandaDoc.
- The Warranty Deed will be prepared and notarized by Southwest America Land Company.
- The Warranty Deed will then be submitted to the county for official recording.
- Once the deed has been recorded, a copy of the recorded Warranty Deed will be sent to you for your records.
